Description
Looking to fill a Loan Administrator position in Fairfax, Virginia. The Loan Administrator role will primarily involve supporting loan officers and working with a small team in an on-site office environment. Someone that has previously worked within a mortgage or loan industry preferred but willing to train. Need to have a solid one year of office experience and can start asap. Please apply ASAP!
Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to loan officers in processing customer credit applications
• Ensure accurate data entry and maintain detailed customer records
• Use MS Office and internal systems effectively to manage and track customer data
• Exhibit excellent attention to detail in all administrative tasks
• Assist in monitoring customer accounts and take appropriate actions when needed
• Work collaboratively with a team of 4 people to ensure smooth operations
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses
• Learn and adapt to the use of internal systems specific to the industry
• Assist in the administration of SBA 7(a) Loans
• Follow up on all tasks to ensure accuracy and completion.
Requirements • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the Financial Services industry
• Proficiency in MS Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Demonstrated experience in Administrative Office management and basic office skills
• Excellent skills in documentation and record-keeping
• Experience with SBA 7(a) Loan processing and Loan Administration
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; higher education will be considered an asset
• Must adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail is required.
