Seeking a full-time Deli Manager at our Village West location.
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
To effectively direct and supervise all functions and activities of the Deli Department while
achieving sales and profit goals. To contribute toward ensuring a positive shopping
environment for customers and positive working conditions for employees.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and professional service
Responsible for calculating department budget and keeping within parameters for sales,
margin and labor expenses
Develops coordinated, aggressive and creative merchandising plans
Accountable for department gross profit goals
Supervises and monitors department sanitation and safety
Builds effective teams and ensures company policies and pro
cedures are followed
