RN/Registered Nurse PRN III, NICU

Fast-paced, high volume department is looking for top skilled RN. Is that you?

Work location: 4400 Long Prairie Rd., Flower Mound, TX 75028

Work hours: PRN, Nights. PRN III requires you to work 6 shifts (2 call shifts) per 6-week schedule with 2 weekend shifts and 1 major/2 minor holiday shifts.

Here’s What You Need

Education

Nursing Diploma Nursing Required Or

Associate's Degree Nursing Required Or

Bachelor's Degree Nursing Preferred

Experience

1 Year clinical nursing experience Required

1 year of NICU experience is highly preferred

Licenses and Certifications

RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire Required And

BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Required And

STABLE Program within 90 days Required

NRP - Essential Neonatal Resuscitation Program 90 Days Required And

CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training Maintained Annually 90 Days Required

Skills

A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.

As a nurse, you will focus on responding to others priorities regarding safety, physical and psychological needs while paying close attention to maintenance of comfort and human emotion during health and illness, while providing safe patient care.
