Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $17 - $17 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Roofing Helper:

  • Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of flat single-ply roofing systems

  • Handle and transport materials safely and efficiently

  • Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time

  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment

  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

  • Loading and unloading materials from a truck

  • Staging building materials on the ground

  • Assisting with rolling out and cutting material on flat roofs

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

  • Previous experience working with flat single-ply roofing systems preferred but not required

  • Ability to work at various heights

  • Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Basic math skills

  • Familiarity with hand tools

  • Background check and drug screening required
