Our client, a leading organization in the data storage solutions, is seeking a Part Time Global Mobility Assistant to join their team. As a Part Time Global Mobility Assistant, you will be part of the Global Mobility department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Part Time Global Mobility Assistant
Location: Fremont, CA
Pay Range: $37.35
10 hours per week, Tuesdays and Thursdays onsite
What's the Job?
Manage and process immigration-related mail and documents (e.g., H-1B, L-1, O-1, F-1 STEM OPT Extension, Permanent Residency, etc.) at our FRC office.
Ensure proper routing, logging, and handling of time-sensitive documents in collaboration with legal providers and internal teams.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support processes such as document posting, signature collection, and delivery tracking.
Provide occasional administrative support to our Global Mobility team on immigration-related matters.
Assist with maintaining accurate records and tracking documentation as needed.
Be onsite at least two days per week—ideally Tuesdays and Wednesdays—to align with team presence and workflow needs.
What's Needed?
Previous experience in immigration administration, global mobility, or HR support.
Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Basic understanding of U.S. immigration processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
