Bachelor's degree or associate degree with at least 2 years’ relevant technical experience or a minimum of 5 years' relevant technical experience
Demonstrated SAP experience or experience with ERP system
Excellent proficiency in all Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent organizational, time management skills, and ability to multitask
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work in a global business environment
Must be a self-starter
Team player attitude – able to work within a team
Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions
Ability to stand for an entire shift and walk around the warehouse
Work with Operations Personnel to identify and implement cost reduction projects in assigned areas
Support the continuous process improvement and cost reduction initiatives around responsibility with stable Operations, Lean, and Six Sigma tools in the areas of Quality, Safety, Cost and People
Assist in ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal company standards for occupational and plant safety as well as environmental and health protection as directed by operations management
Participation in internal and regulatory audits and ensure follow up actions, and initiates and documents change controls as appropriate
Develop system documentation, training documentation and conduct end user training for new SAP functionality and designs
Set up Pail and Sample Pours for transfer operations organization
Enter previous days production and add to database to generate new daily reports and schedules
Evaluate drumming and bulk backlog and assist in setting daily schedule
Ensure personal and assist operations in strictly following all applicable policies, procedures, standards including (but not limited to) ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001 OHSA(S), business ethics, and other basic compliance requirements
Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
