Job Description- Work from home(Complete remote)
1.1. Supporting business and technology functions implemented on Oracle Cloud
Financials for ManpowerGroup during Europe, North America Business hours and
LATAM business hours.
1.2. Co-ordinate with other global Support team based in India on development,
testing and execution of technology components in Oracle Cloud.
1.3. Resolving user issues related to technical components in Oracle SaaS
Procurement, Account Receivables, Advance Collection, General Leader and
Financial Cloud, and 3rd party components like OCR tools.
1.4. Additional responsibilities will include collecting requirements for
enhancements, projects, executing the requirements through technical
development or configurations.
1.5. Supporting Integrating to and from Oracle Cloud, data failure and
configurations, coordinating with technical team for integration services.
1.6. Work as part of the Application Support Team to resolve user issues, and
application issues. Analyze and provide solutions to user questions and drive resolution
in Oracle Cloud. Correct master data and transaction data as required to keep
the system healthy.
1.7. Continuous improvement of the process including fixing integration and
workflows.
- Critical experience required from the candidates:

Ability to work in a diverse, fast-paced
environment.
2.2.
5-7 years of relevant experience is a must. Must have Oracle Cloud Financials
technical knowledge is a plus. Functional experience on some oracle components
is nice to have.
2.3. Candidate must have
knowledge of the following technical areas:
a) Report development: Good
Familiarity with BIP, OTBI and other reporting tools in Oracle. Understanding
of Oracle Cloud technology. Good PL/SQL skills, understanding of API creation
in oracle SaaS, data updates.
b) Oracle Integration
Cloud: Ability to resolve issues on OIC, create new integration on OIC and
understanding of data and mapping of data to Oracle cloud financials. Experience in supporting,
designing and developing complex integrations.
c) Thorough understanding of Oracle SaaS data structure,
table structures in Oracle Cloud. Ability to do break fixes on data, reports and
processes.
d) Understanding of
developing external integration using OIC, or other Oracle Tools.
e) Understanding of
VBCS, Oracle Database on Cloud, APEX development is a plus.
2.4. Oracle PaaS component
and oracle infrastructure cloud (OIC) knowledge is nice to have. Must have development experience with ERP systems (Oracle Cloud and E-Business
Suite).
2.5. Ability to understand
Oracle Cloud configurations, configure Oracle Cloud, ability to write and
execute test cases for testing.
2.6. Ability to
successfully manage internal and external expectations around resolution of
issues in Oracle Cloud, within timeframes and maintain a high level of client
satisfaction.
2.7. Possesses a
Continuous Service Improvement mindset and strong critical thinking abilities.
2.8. Strong people
management skills and ability to build relationships throughout the business at
all levels as well as externally.
2.9. Analyzing third-party
processes as well as internal processes and creating strategies for process
delivery optimization. Ability to create and manage RACI, conflicts and
workplan.
2.10. Experience working
with teams across multi geographies and supporting multi countries
