JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, forecasting and developing and managing financial models. This role requires a strategic thinker who can provide actionable insights to guide business decisions and improve financial performance. Primary Responsibilities: Develop and manage financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decision-making. Analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements. Present financial information to senior management and stakeholders. Monitor and control budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Implement cost-saving measures and optimize financial resources. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures. Conduct internal audits and manage external audit processes. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support business initiatives. Participate in strategic planning and business development activities. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred. Proven experience (5+ years) in a finance role, with a strong understanding of financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Excellent proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in managing and developing a team.
