Chapa-De On-Call Physician or Nurse Practitioner in Grass Valley, California

Job Descriptions:

Salary:

FNP $119,500 - $149,400 annually.

Physician $211,700- $275,200.00 annually.

Higher compensation may be available for a candidate with advanced skills directly related to the applied for role.

Schedule: This is an On-Call position and can be Monday - Friday, 8-5 based on clinic needs and provider's schedule.

On-Call Physicians/Nurse Practitioner:

Chapa-De on-call Physicians/Nurse Practitioners have a passion for working with the underserved in our community and practicing wide scope family medicine with a multi-disciplinary approach, while maintain a flexible schedule.

Job Duties:

  • Providing excellent primary care for every member of our community from newborns to seniors in an outpatient setting

  • Empowering and advising a talented team of FNP’s, Nurses, MA’s, LVN’s and other support staff with medical services, protocols, standard procedures, and management of patient care related activities

Required Experience:

Physician Qualifications:

  • Licensed California Physician; Board Certified in Family Practice preferred (Pediatric/ Internal Medicine specialty will be considered, if applicant possesses a broad Experiential background)

  • Current BLS certificate required

Nurse Practitioner Qualifications:

  • Current CA Nurse Practitioner license.

  • Current BLS certificate
