Job Description
The Buyer's role is ensure the material availability to fulfill customer request, this will include Purchase Order releases and monitor the on time delivery of materials. Making sure the inventory reaching target.The planner’s role is to proactively satisfy internal & external customer demand in an efficient and timely manner.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
Participation in monthly Pre-Sales and Operations Planning sessions
Managing and correcting forecasting consumption errors
As necessary, allocation management for capacity constrained manufacturing resources
Responsible for issue forecast, purchase order and follows up the delivery date to ensure material availability are in line with Customer order required.
Make a reasonable production plan according to the demands and stock level, meanwhile keep the inventory under target level. It should be weekly/monthly base and daily update. Responsible for managing the matching and recording of invoices together with finance
Regular define and review safety stock plan& strategy
Monthly Inventory exception（TROC） analysis &improve actions
Ensuring that SAP Parameters are defined
Support Supply Chain Inbound processes are compliant to customs and import regulations
Ensure that the relevant SAP Data are maintained appropriately to ensure compliance to regulations
Background & Skills
The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
Have or pursuing a Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management or related field
23 related working experience .
SAP experience is preferable
