Aufgrund der Klimaerwärmung und dem Beitrag, den die Logistikindustrie an den globalen Treibhausgasemissionen hat, arbeitet Kühne + Nagel darauf hin ihre Transportdienstleistungen umweltfreundlicher zu gestalten. Der Fokus liegt dabei auf Transparenz, Reduktion und Eliminierung von Kohlenstoff Emissionen. Seit 2020 ist Kühne + Nagel CO² neutral als Organisation, nicht vermeidbare Emissionen werden kompensiert. Unsere Applikationen TEM (Transport Emission Measurement) und ECT (Emission Compensation Tracker) tragen zu dieser Entwicklung bei, indem wir Transportemissionen möglichst genau berechnen und eine Übersicht über genutzte und verfügbare Kompensationsoptionen geben.
Ihre Rolle
Als aktive Schnittstelle zwischen KN’s IT und den Business Abteilungen, koordiniert der Business Analyst die Anforderungen, Ziele und Bedürfnisse der Business Abteilungen inkl. Top Management und den verfügbaren Ressourcen. Er überprüft bestehende Business Prozesse und sucht nach Optimierungspotentialen, die durch IT-Lösungen unterstützt werden können.
Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
Requirements analysis - You support the business departments in the implementation of technical solutions in an efficient manner. You specify the requirements and use cases and communicate this clear definition to stakeholders, those responsible, partners and the development team.
You support the business department in collecting, analyzing, prioritizing and testing customer and user requirements, including the creation of understandable documentation.
Your tasks will also include tactical and strategic communication of requirements and solution priorities to management, business stakeholders and developers.
You will also define solutions and optimizations for technical and professional challenges in the context of emissions calculations
Diese Qualifikation sollten Sie mitbringen
Awareness of sustainability and an interest in the generation, calculation and compensation of emissions
Bachelor in business informatics, logistics or sustainability or a comparable qualification
Experience as a product owner, business analyst or a comparable role in an agile environment
Data and process modeling skills
Very good understanding of software development processes
Good knowledge of spoken and written English and German
Structured way of working paired with good time management and organizational skills
