As an Analytical Laboratory Technician, you will test raw materials, finished products, and non-routine samples, using QC analytical equipment (including, but not limited to: pH-meter, Density and Refractive Index meters, ICP-MS, GC, HPLC, IC, Autotitrator, Karl Fisher, Liquid Particle Counter).


Your key responsibilities will be/what you’ll do:

  • ​Prepare standards and samples, calibrate instruments, test samples and report accurate, on-time data, in a fast-paced environment. Excellent/detailedrecord keepingis a must.

  • Log in and approve raw materials/finished products inLIMSandSAP

  • Performroutine maintenanceonanalytical equipment, as well astroubleshooting, with minimum supervision.

  • Familiar with basicstatistical conceptsand control charts.

  • Support special projects:method development, validation,Gage R&Rstudies.

  • Assist in investigations of deviations (failures/action limit excursions). Initiate Non- Conforming Records



  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Minimum 1 year of analytical experience in a Laboratory environment.

  • Solid hands-on experience withanalytical equipment:calibration, testing, maintenance,troubleshooting.

  • Work rotating shifts

In addition, successful candidate must meet the following physical qualifications, with or without accommodation:

  • Able to stand for up to 8 hours in a laboratory setting.

  • Able to push or pull using force of approximately 15 lbs. to manipulate drums on wheeled dollies.

  • Able to handle and manipulate glassware and pipettes.

The following skill sets are preferred by the site:

  • BA or BS inChemistryor other related science

  • Experience withChromatographyorICP-MS operation

  • Familiar withISO/TS Quality System or equivalent

  • Familiar withLIMSandSAPsystems

The Pay range for this role is $26.46 - $41.58 Hourly
