This job was posted by https://illinoisjoblink.illinois.gov : For more information, please see: https://illinoisjoblink.illinois.gov/jobs/11958919 Our client, a small family-owned organization located in Highland Park, is seeking a temporary-to-hire Customer Service Representative/Office Admin to work onsite Monday-Friday to join their growing team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Interact with customers by phone and email to provide information in response to inquiries.
  • Help to resolve customer\'s issues by troubleshooting on the phone.
  • Create service tickets and process the service ticket for payment.
  • Process billing and call customers for payment with outstanding invoices.
  • Handle day-to-day general office duties including database updates, filing, mailings, interface with vendors, sub-contractors, salespeople, and field techs.
  • Create quotes.
  • Assist with social media campaigns.

Skills:

  • Must have previous experience with computer applications such as MS Office Suite, QuickBooks, and data entry software. High school diploma required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage one\'s time and be able to multi-task daily in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter who can quickly learn the business and add their experience and skills to small office management.
  • Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
