\$10,000 Sign-On Bonus
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional
Saturdays and on-call shifts based on the needs of our plant.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support our Occupational Health Services staff, ensuring
top-notch clinical practice and patient care.
- Oversee and maintain Occupational Health programs, policies, and
procedures at our facility.
- Supervise and evaluate nursing care, ensuring adherence to correct
nursing procedures.
- Participate in facility management meetings to provide updates on
occupational health.
- Conduct performance evaluations, interview and hire qualified
nursing staff, and ensure adequate staffing on each shift.
- Manage workers\' compensation cases and ensure compliance with OSHA,
state, company, and legal requirements.
- Contribute to safety and ergonomic programs, and develop health
education programs for team members.
What You\'ll Need:
Education: A current, unrestricted state license as a Registered
Nurse is required. A Bachelor\'s degree is preferred.
Experience: 2+ years of management experience, preferably in
occupational health nursing or a related field.
Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the
ability to make independent decisions and solve problems
effectively.
Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and the ability to
work with an electronic medical documentation system.
Physical Requirements: Ability to walk through the plant,
including climbing steps and using ladders, to ensure compliance
with safety requirements.
Travel: Minimal travel required (1-3 domestic trips per year).
