The Gautier Lab in the Department of Epigenetics and Molecular Carcinogenesis at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center is seeking highly motivated postdoctoral fellows. Our research focuses on understanding how genome organization facilitates and coordinates DNA repair alongside other DNA transactions, as well as how its deregulation leads to pathological rearrangements and cancer development. We invite applications from researchers with a strong interest in genome integrity and cancer biology. Highly motivated Fellows will have the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge studies in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Our lab employs cutting-edge microscopy, genomic tools, proteomics, and computational methods to advance our research. For an overview of our current work, please refer to: Schrank et al. (Nature, doi: 10.1038/s41586-018-0237-5.), Zagelbaum et al. (Nat. Struct. Mol. Biol., 10.1038/s41594-023-00994-w.) and Min et al. (Mol. Cell, doi: 10.1016/j.molcel.2023.06.016).
