RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will support our Houston market segment from pre-sale opportunities, and active pursuits, and throughout the project lifecycle from strategy to product/solution development services

  • Leverage your domain subject matter expertise, in-depth consulting foundation skills, and hands-on transformational experience to deliver advisory services in support of technology-enabled business change

  • Stay at the forefront of disrupting digital trends. You will be an ambassador for change. You will solve business problems and drive growth for clients through digital transformation

  • Take leading roles working with multi-disciplinary teams, facing off with client stakeholders, SME’s and managing client relationships

  • Act in a product owner capacity focusing on the creation of product roadmaps, managing product backlog and feature prioritization, creating user stories, and actively working as part of an agile team throughout product development

  • Manage own activities and work with team members to deliver desired business outcomes and ensure quality completion of deliverables

  • Establish positive relationships with clients and peers that build rapport, liaising and pulling through other relevant service offerings, amplifying EPAM's impact

  • Empower team members, and mentors, and support career development efforts

  • Increase our presence in the marketplace via participation in conferences, development of thought leadership, and recruiting

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 6+ relevant combined industry and consulting experience (manager/senior manager levels) i.e., a “Big-4” and/or consultancy boutiques/system integrators

  • Possess an in-depth understanding of Energy or Trading & Risk Management domain knowledge. Specializations include business case development, operating models, risk management, corporate functions, digitalization solutions, and product offerings

  • Experience with digital innovation, customer experience, and advising clients on market dynamics and trends – with a focus on digital

  • Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, Agile Development, and a strong desire to be at the forefront of Digital Transformation

  • Demonstrated success in growing client relationships, driving revenue, and leading teams

  • Strong experience with stakeholder engagement, organization alignment, change planning, change measurement, and communication requirements for large-scale transformations

  • Robust project management methodology and experience with multi-disciplinary project teams and environments

  • Skilled at analyzing complex business issues with the ability to effectively communicate these issues to clients

  • Able to anticipate and identify risks and drive action to mitigate and resolve issues as they occur

  • Strong problem solver and creative thinker with gravitas
