Kforce System Specialist / Software Developer II in Houston, Texas

Kforce has a client in Houston, TX that is seeking a System Specialist/Software Developer II. This position prefers support be performed on-site. Remote candidates will be considered only if available to be onsite first week and periodically, with advanced notice.Summary:We are seeking a BMC Software Helix/Remedy Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in ITSM, Digital Workplace, Business Workflows, and Innovation Studio.Responsibilities:

  • System Specialist/Software Developer II will design, develop, and maintain BMC Remedy workflows and forms

  • Develop and maintain BMC Helix/Remedy reports and dashboards

  • As a System Specialist/Software Developer II, you will develop and maintain BMC Business Workflow

  • Provide technical support for BMC Remedy ITSM applications

  • 3 years of experience in BMC Helix/Remedy development

  • Experience in BMC Digital Workplace and Business Workflows

  • Strong knowledge of BMC Remedy ITSM architecture and data model

  • Strong knowledge of BMC Remedy ITSM workflows and forms

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of BMC Innovation Studio

  • Knowledge of BMC Remedy ITSM integrations

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
