Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee-owned company, is seeking a well-organized and motivated security specialist to join a dynamic, multi-discipline team. The successful candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is a proven self-starter, capable of working independently and with a team.
Principle Responsibilities:
Initiate, process, and track eAPP packages via the National Background Investigation Services (NBIS) and Defense Information System for Security (DISS), review investigation request documentation for accuracy and completeness
Upload requested fingerprint records in SWFT
Assist with submitting incidents and customer service requests (CSR) in DISS along with responding to requests for action (RFA).
Maintain and update personnel security files
Support leadership and administrative staff assisting with new hire in-processing, badging, one-on-one and large group in-person security briefings, security education and training
Support visitor and security protocol for external and internal engagements, meetings, and conferences
Assists with classified document control for incoming and outgoing classified material and courier briefings
Provide administrative support as required
Interacts with all levels of company personnel and management on matters pertaining to security policy and procedures
Monitor access control and CCTV
Maintain the company badging system and policy
Process CAC verification and other government forms

Ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret security clearance
Required Experience
1-2 years of experience in a security function directly related to the discipline required
Experience with DoD security systems or databases, including DISS, NBIS, NISS and SWFT
Knowledge of the Continuous Evaluation Program
Knowledge of NISPOM and DoD security requirements
Experience with Microsoft Office software applications
