Clearance:Secret required at hiring, with ability to obtain TS/SCI
Education required:Associate’s degree and completion of a formal AOC FTU course
Computer Experience required:Demonstrated proficiency using unclassified NIPRNet and classified SIPRNet network enterprise environments and office automation software to include Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft Office suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Visio, and Outlook)
Other Experience & Knowledge requirements:3 years minimum, broken down as follows:
AOC Communications planning, OPTASK Link planning/execution, and JICC responsibilities and coordination requirements.
Basic demonstrated knowledge and experience of AC WS command and control systems (TBMCS/JADOCS).
Demonstrated proficiency using Air Defense System Integrator (ADSI), TacView, and Joint Range Extension.
Participation in a minimum of 3 AOC exercise or Joint training events employing simulated airpower, with a basic understanding of AOC exercises and exercise constructs including, virtual and constructive combinations.
Experience as an exercise designer/planner/director (HD)
Knowledge of MSEL processes with understanding of the capabilities and limitations of a WSIM and PTT for the doctrinally correct presentation of airpower.
Experience supporting AOC exercise and operations within a classified environment to include SIPRNet and JWICS.
