Description:
Seeking shop helpers to cut and measure fabrics for awnings. Will learn how to read blueprints and use hand tools to cut the material to desired length. Would be helpful to have knowledge of blueprints and be able to read a tape measure. Need to understand it is production based and will need to cut as much fabric per each job specifications. You will receive training from Shawn the shop supervisor. This role will also involve operating a machine that applies adhesive to the fabric to be attached to the frame and will also help in the fabrication shop.

Work Environment:
This will be in a smaller production and fabrication shop located just north of Downtown Jacksonville.
You must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
The shop is non-climate controlled so you must be okay working in the heat/cold.
You may go on site to assist in installations.
Smaller shop so it is a more tight knit group with room for growth as the company grows.
