JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business or health related field preferred.
Experience
A minimum of two years experience in management and/or counseling in a healthcare or Behavioral health facility. Working knowledge and competence in administration, hospital organizational systems, Quality Assessment/Improvement, business development and revenue cycle.
Physical

A moderate amount of walking required throughout the facility. Standing for extended periods of time. Standing for extended periods of time. Occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs. Occasional driving up to 150 miles in distance.
JOB SUMMARY
A business or healthcare professional that can demonstrate competence in management and leadership. This position is responsible for oversight, supervision, and operations of the outpatient counseling center. This person will be responsible for the coordination of scheduling, logistics or patient care, provide recruitment, management of revenue cycle, growth and development of services, and ensuring quality. Assist in the hospital-wide Continuous Quality Improvement program. Promotes good public relations for medical staff and all departments of the hospital.
