Summary

The On-site Customer Support Coordinator supports all sales activity concerning the account they are assigned to. This includes details of truck build schedules, organizing and overseeing delivery schedules, and customer interaction as necessary. This may also include supporting with oversight of invoicing, title work, and contract management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate administrative functions of sales process to ensure end customer satisfaction.

  • This includes RBO Signed, all the way through Title work coordination.

  • Support Account Manager with timely communication of where each deal is at in the sales process.

  • Track and monitor truck orders in production, ensuring completion, delivery, and revenue recognition.

  • Coordinate with the M3 Sales Coordinator to ensure Customer Orders are set up correctly and verify if all major components have been ordered.

  • Coordinate with shops and product managers to accurately track estimated delivery dates and unit availability.

  • Utilize BI reports to stay on top of completion of units and the status’ they are in.

  • Professionally communicate with Account Manager and end customer on an ongoing basis to ensure sales processes are effectively managed.

  • Coordinate with logistics to dispatch sold trucks to customers.

  • Work with accounting to ensure revenue recognition and financial close out occurs on time.

  • Work with the Title Team to ensure they have all details necessary to send the packets out in a timely manner.

  • Effectively communicate with various team members to coordinate the post agreement activities such as warranty registrations.

  • Effectively communicate across departments to ensure inventory is available to fulfill sales reps’ sales opportunities.

  • Accurately analyze internal processes and recommend and implement procedural or policy changes to improve operations, such as supply changes and processing.

  • Accurately and timely prepare and review operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

  • Associate degree or other relevant college degree or 3 years proven experience in a similar role.

  • Experience with coordinator activities.

  • Experience with heavy equipment sales, services or dealerships.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Windows-based software.

  • Extremely detail oriented and accurate.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Ability to maintain professionalism.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and schedules in fast paced environment by managing priorities.

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral or schedule form.

  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to work with mathematical concepts. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
