Responsible for the cleanliness, sanitation and organization of all pots, pans, sheet trays and any items used in the food production areas. Ensures the assigned areas are cleaned according to established guidelines. Work is performed in accordance with health department, sanitation and university system guidelines.ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Responsible for the cleanliness, sanitation and organization of all pots, pans, sheet trays and any items cleaned in the \"pot room\"2. Returns items to the proper storage location and maintains an organized and debris free area3. Washes mats and walls, mops floors and empties garbage and sanitizes garbage cans4. Assists with putting away delivered products according to established guidelines and maintains overall kitchen cleanliness5. Maintains stock in production areas; replenishing items that are running low6. Acts as a runner for different stations or locations as assigned7. Deck cleaning of floors and loading docks8. Keeping drains clean and free of debris9.
