Maxim Healthcare Staffing Safety Supervisor in Kenosha, Wisconsin

Position Description:

The Safety Specialist provides technical support andtactical execution in the implementation of health and safety program withinassigned center.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Influence behavior and inspire commitment on the part ofall personnel in complying with safety standards and maintaining a safe work environment.

  • Conduct training and coach associates on observed workhabits in support of this effort.

  • Support efforts to ensure compliance with corporatesafety expectations and applicable federal and state law.

  • Identify and inform management of compliance issues,safety risks and improvement opportunities.

  • Facilitate incident investigation process.

    Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Experience observing and communicating safety matterspreferred

  • Computer proficiency

  • Ability to analyze accident data, new processes, andmachinery for potential safety concerns and conduct job hazard and job safety analyses.
