Landscape Technician - Destination Kohler

Join our dedicated maintenance and landscape team, where you’ll help nurture and preserve the unique beauty and charm of all corners of our world-class resort.
As a Landscape Technician with Kohler Hospitality, you’ll be responsible for:
Installation of landscape features which may include: herbaceous plants, woody ornamentals, turf, irrigation, hardscapes, and holiday/seasonal decorations.
Maintenance of landscape properties according to established contracts which may include: watering, turf mowing, weeding, hard surface care, pruning, mulching, and IPM.
Maintenance and operation of equipment necessary to perform items 1 & 2 which may include: leaf blowers, hand tools, string trimmers, push and riding mowers, chain saws, skid steers, tractors, pickup trucks, and golf carts.
Assisting with snow removal responsibilities according to established contracts for the various Corporate grounds and Destination Kohler businesses.
Snow removal duties may include shoveling, application of ice melt material, snow plowing, the operation of snow blowers and power brushes.
Performing any other work as assigned by Landscape Management Team.
We have full-time and part-time opportunities available. The hours are 6:30am-3:30pm, weekdays and weekends.
Must have 2-3 years of landscaping experince
Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License
Ability to lift up to 75lbs on a regular basis
Wisconsin Commercial Pesticide Applicators Certification, or the ability to obtain upon hire
The hourly range for this position is $18.00. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
