As a Junior Financial Analyst you will be an integral part of the whole Collections team. You will cooperate with other partners as well as teams. That is to efficiently handle broadly defined tasks in the process of cash operations. As the Junior Financial Analyst in Bank Reconciliations team, you will be responsible for providing a range of services to both the Client and Accenture in terms of reporting, KPI delivery and keeping in touch with colleagues based in the electronic partner delivery organization.

The role is there to ensure that service is delivered to the Client in line with contractual terms and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

What you will do:

  • Prepare financial data files and reports as per SLAs time-frames agreed with the Client on a daily and monthly basis.

  • Perform controls on multiple different financial reports to ensure data accuracy.

  • Raise queries with Financial Institutions and internal teams to drive issue resolution.

  • Attend meetings and calls to discuss and review status of a query raised.

  • Liaise with and support to internal departments when required.

  • Resolve complex and challenging cases with assistance of direct supervisor.

  • Establish and maintain excellent working relationships internally and externally with Accenture's Client.

  • Maintain daily work statistics.

  • Set up of process documentations procedures when required.

  • Attain specified productivity targets as specified by Team Manager.

  • Assist in resolving issues raised by the Client or Customer Service Team.

  • Monitor reoccurring queries and determine ways to avoid these in the future.

  • After the training period, work independently with guidance in the most complex situations.

  • Knowledge of English language (B2 or C1 level is required).

  • Well-developed communication and organizational skills.

  • Proactive approach.

  • Experience ideally in accounts department or similar type role within financial services environment would be a plus.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel. Familiarity with creating macros and Pivot tables will be an asset.

  • Interest in working in a team environment.
