Detailed Description:
Responsible for Equipment along the process from SMT through Handload : PCB Label placement, Screen Printer, SPI, Part Placement, Reflow Soldering, AOI, Press-Fit, Wa e soldering, Robotic Soldering, Washing and X-Ray
Create SMT placement program
Analyze Machine downtime to define effective maintenance program
Design tooling / fixture e.g. Stencil, SMT pallet, Press-Fit Pallet etc.
To support Prototype, NPI and mass production build
Develops, improve and optimize process with using Six Sigma tools e.g. DOE or other statistical techniques.
To improve yield, Output and resolve quality issues.
To Provide technical expertise to support product design for manufacturing (DFM).
Create manufacturing documents and product qualification & validation documents.
To lead productivity improvement project e.g. Lean Six Sigma Project, Kaizen, etc.
