Job Description
Join our Aerospace division as a 1st Shift Assembler. You will be involved in the manufacturing, testing, and inspection of aluminum heat pipes. This full-time position operates Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM. (Every other Friday OFF)
Responsibilities
Assist machine operators by choosing the correct program and starting the machine.
Oversee saw operation processes to ensure aluminum pipes are cut to exact specifications. Training on the bending process of aluminum will be provided.
Handle aluminum pipes and conduct thorough cleaning processes according to exact specifications.
Perform testing and inspections, including leak testing and hands-on sanding/polishing duties.
Ensure each aluminum heat pipe is handled with care due to the high cost of these products.
Essential Skills
High level of attention to detail for small parts assembly or machining.
Good work tenure with stable job history.
Strong soft skills to fit into the company culture.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $22.00
