PPS is providing personnel administration, payroll & benefits, time management, organizational management, talent management administration for European countries, eg.: Germany, Austria, Poland, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands. PPS is also providing global HR tools support (Workday, ADP, People Portal) for all EMEA countries.
Your role:
Handling personal files& preparing respective employment documentation
Answering employees' queries
Processing and updating requests in case management system
Inputting of data into HR systems
Running reports from SAP HR/ Workday
You're the right fit if:
Last year student in Bachelor's or Master's studies
FluentEnglish and Polish ( both orally and in writing )
Possibility to work 32-40 hours/per week
Ability to work 100% from the office
Ability to effectively prioritize and organize workload
