JOB REQUIREMENTS: Overview MSA has an opportunity for a Project
Engineer - Public Works at our Baraboo, WI or Madison, WI office. You
will have the opportunity to see, and contribute in, projects from start
to finish. The various projects you\'ll be working on make a significant
and positive impact on the communities you serve. The work you will do
Client relations including attendance at client meetings and interaction
with existing and new clients Project management including project
planning, scoping, budgeting and QA/QC Design and administration of
construction on infrastructure projects Project experience in potable
water, storm water and wastewater projects among more Assist with
mentoring junior engineering staff Preparation of plans, details,
specifications, and bidding documents Preparation of technical reports
and regulatory permits for projects ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND
QUALIFICATIONS: Skills & Knowledge / Education & Experience: Bachelor\'s
degree in Civil Engineering (or related) required 4+ years of prior
experience within the Public Works market serving multiple clients
required PE license required, WI PE preferred. Experience in managing
multiple projects and client needs required Extensive knowledge of
regulations and requirements within Wisconsin preferred Experience with
funding and grants available to municipalities preferred This position
