Shifts: 5 days a week on a shift basis

2 lates per week (12pm-8pm), 1 early per week (8am-4pm) and every other Saturday (9am-5pm)

What You'll Be Doing:

Working in Operations, you’ll be at the heart of everything we do - helping our customers.

You'll be the subject matter expert and the go to person for Agents across the team - helping to ensure we're consistently delivering exceptional service and good outcomes for our client’s customers. You'll be involved in collecting information, writing, and maintaining training materials, as well as providing mentorship, training, guiding less experienced Agents, and driving productivity to reach set targets.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • Extensive experience with progression in financial support/collections & recoveries roles in banking/financial services

  • A demonstrable record in coaching high performing teams in financial support/collections operations

  • Knowledge of key and relevant FCA regulations

  • Focus on creating a customer centric culture in delivering good customer outcomes to customers

  • Experience challenging processes and suggesting areas for transformation to instil a culture of continuous improvement
