How You’ll Make an Impact
This role supports the full recruiting lifecycle while taking on a variety of HR and administrative responsibilities. Whether coordinating interviews, reviewing resumes, or setting up travel for candidates, your organizational skills and proactive mindset will keep everything running smoothly.
Talent Acquisition Support:
Post job requisitions to internal and external platforms
Review resumes for qualified candidates across diverse roles
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams and candidates
Serve as the liaison with staffing agencies for contract positions
Conduct new hire orientation for contractors
Prepare and process expense reports and assist with candidate travel logistics (domestic & international)
Maintain job postings and ensure candidate tracking is accurate in our ATS
Assist with recruiting-related administrative tasks and project support as needed
HR & Administrative Support:
Prepare onboarding materials and collect required new hire documentation
Accurately enter and maintain data in HRIS and benefits systems
Provide support to benefits and accounting teams as needed
Schedule and coordinate meals for interviews or meetings
Manage high volumes of email correspondence with professionalism and efficiency
Cover the front desk and assist with general administrative duties as needed
Take initiative and anticipate team needs with a proactive, service-oriented approach
What you need to be successful as a Talent Acquisition Specialist:
1+ year experience in an administrative role
1+ year of recruiting or recruiting support experience
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization
Impeccable attention to detail and time management
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); ATS experience preferred
Experience with Concur (or other travel/expense platforms) a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
An interest in engineering, science, or understanding how things work!
