We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Worker to join our team. This role involves performing a wide variety of tasks related to plumbing, electrical, fabrication, mechanical systems, and general facility maintenance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and mechanical equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues across various systems and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
Fabricate or modify metal and other materials using tools and equipment such as welders, saws, and grinders.
Complete general facility upkeep, including painting, drywall repair, flooring, and carpentry tasks.
Follow preventive maintenance schedules and document completed work.
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local codes and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.
3+ years of experience in a maintenance or multi-trade role required.
Proficient in plumbing, electrical work, mechanical repairs, and basic fabrication techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, working at heights, and in varying environmental conditions.
Valid drivers license required; trade certifications a plus (but not required).
