Google AI Video Branding Solutions Specialist (Spanish, English) in Mexico City, Mexico

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 2 years of experience with TV and digital video solutions, the competitive landscape (e.g. competing platforms), and the TV ads market, planning, and measurement.

  • Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in high productivity and meeting goals.

  • Knowledge of the branding/creative ecosystem and agency culture.

  • Understanding of the TV ads market and experience with online video campaigns.

  • Ability to be creative, proactive, and succeed in ambiguity.

  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to tailor solutions to a variety of audiences (e.g., senior-level technical product management, front-line sales teams, etc.).

  • Excellent problem solving skills.

  • Work across Google and YouTube’s video advertising suite of products: Video Reach Campaigns, Video View Campaigns, and Creative Solutions.

  • Partner with Account Executives, Sales Managers, and Sector Leads to drive growth through deep industry knowledge, product expertise, and strategic thinking to support the holistic One Video go-to-market approach.

  • Lead key Video AI initiatives and communications across the sector teams to ensure consistent and well-executed deployment at scale, through client and agency Sales teams.

  • Help position Video Creative solutions as a driver of effectiveness of AI Video Solutions.

  • Highlight product gaps and opportunities for Video Product Specialists and Go-To-Market to accelerate business opportunities.
