Schedule: Hybrid - 2 days in office per week
Salary and Benefits Statement:
Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills, and prior relevant experience.
Compensation package: $96,600 annually
This position is eligible to participate in a bonus program. Metrics and level of participation are determined annually.
This position is eligible for health care benefits, life insurance, time off benefits, and participation in the Company's 401(k) plan.
Responsibilities
Develop market and economic analysis capability in the organization. Train, coach and motivate direct reports. Lead direct reports effectively by clearly communicating roles and responsibilities, expectations, and deliverables.
Support data analysis and business case recommendations for selected initiatives. Develop, arrange and optimize key reports and business forecasts that support and inform existing and future business initiatives. Identify actionable insights, suggest recommendations and influence the direction of the business by effectively communicating results to leaders.
Understand and communicate market trends and drivers, supporting in generating new ideas and opportunities to grow business. Communicate changes in business trends to leadership and provide guidance as to the overall impact.
Define customer needs and values of meeting those needs versus competition. Understanding of customer segmentation, forecasting and optimization and how they relate to our sales execution model, segmenting customers and focusing on target segments.
Serve as a national fusion leader of external and internal data, with subjective and field-based information to product actionable intelligence. Provide recommendations on all aspects of data collection, analysis and reporting.
Respond effectively to requests for ad-hoc analyses; translate business inquiries into actionable reports. Prepare written analysis and present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required with preferred concentration in math, finance, business, engineering
MBA preferred
5-7 years of business experience preferred
3-4 years of management experience preferred
