Overview:
We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Consultant with strong functional expertise across Financials, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Inventory Control modules. The ideal candidate will lead efforts focused on process optimization, process re-engineering, and automation to enhance operational efficiency and financial accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze current financial, procurement, and inventory processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.
Re-engineer workflows in the NetSuite system to align with best practices and business goals.
Lead the implementation of automation and custom solutions using NetSuite tools like SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, and SuiteAnalytics.
Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Operations, and IT stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements.
Ensure tight integration between financial modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets) and operational modules (P2P, Inventory).
Maintain and improve internal controls and audit readiness through system-based solutions.
Provide hands-on configuration and post-implementation support across modules.
Create comprehensive documentation and conduct training for end users and business owners.
Support testing (UAT, regression, integration) to validate successful system changes.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of NetSuite consulting experience, including end-to-end implementations.
Deep knowledge of NetSuite Financials (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets), Procure-to-Pay, and Inventory Control.
Proven ability to lead process optimization and automation initiatives across multiple business units.
Experience designing and implementing scalable, audit-compliant workflows.
Familiarity with NetSuite customization tools such as SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, Saved Searches, and Reports.
Strong communication, documentation, and project management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
Preferred:
NetSuite certifications (ERP Consultant, SuiteFoundation, Financial User)
Experience in industries such as manufacturing, distribution, life sciences, or retail
Background in financial compliance and SOX readiness
Integration experience with 3rd party finance and procurement platforms
