Oversee Digital Enablement activities, involving the definition,
development and execution of all resources required to support the full
enablement of the Digital capability by the target audience, involving
coordination with technical, risk, legal, and security team leads, and
fully understand the digital capability being enabled Execute and
monitor the program communications plan to tell a compelling story to
drive adoption; prepare all communications materials and campaigns as
per set review and approval process and turnaround deadlines; ensure
timely distribution and delivery via various approved communications
channels, as per set timelines while driving alignment across various
stakeholders Ensure compliance with KPMG and Digital Nexus brand
guidelines; maintain Organizational Change Management (OCM) content
repository and ensure that documents conform to standards and storage
retention procedures; design and implement learning strategies and
programs to enhance digital literacy and adoption among employees such
as organizing training sessions, workshops, and creating educational
materials Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs and
ensure their active participation in the transformation process; develop
and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, corporate
