Location: Minneapolis, MN Wage: $29.00 - $35.00 per hour (depending on experience) Hours: 6:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday Thursday (4-day work week!) Benefits of the CNC / wire EDM operator programmer: Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Long-term and short-term disability insurance Life insurance Critical illness insurance 401(k) match Profit sharing Paid holidays Paid vacation Room for advancement Long-term, permanent employment opportunities Excellent benefits after the probationary period Duties of the CNC / wire EDM operator programmer: Set up and operate CNC and Wire EDM machines to produce precision parts Read and interpret blueprints, CAD files, and technical drawings Create and edit programs for CNC and Wire EDM operations Inspect finished products using measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met Maintain accurate production records and documentation Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize processes Maintain a clean and organized work environment Requirements of the CNC / wire EDM operator programmer: Proven experience with CNC and Wire EDM machine operation and programming Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents Strong understanding of G-code programming Experience with inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Additional information: Apply today!
