About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant , to join the Talent Management and Learning team within HR Product Management! This is an exciting opportunity to help lead Wells Fargo's Human Resources transformation to deliver a new experience to our team through process and technology.

The Lead Business Execution Consultant , will deliver compelling and integrated Learning technology solutions and ensure alignment to HR Product and Portfolio Management standards and best practices. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, proven contributor with strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, knowledge of the project tasks required to deliver solutions leveraging both in-house and SAAS based applications.

In this role, you will:

  • Evolve the HR Portfolio and roadmap in partnership with Product leadership, HRIS, our HR business owners, and other stakeholders across the business.

  • Work closely with business partners to evaluate business requirements, plan projects, and participate in efficient development, delivery, and deployments.

  • Function as the highest-level internal consultant within technology and business groups by building and/or re-engineering HR technical and business processes and tools for greater efficiencies with significant impact to the business.

  • Lead the planning, support, and execution of configuration and testing activities.

  • Produce effective documentation to capture and communicate business process and requirements in the format of business process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, data definition documents, decision trees, logic diagrams, requirements documents, and user experience flows.

  • Influence, guide and lead less experienced members of the team.

  • Lead and facilitate workshops and discussions to effectively gather requirements and achieve a detailed understanding of client objectives and desired outcomes.

  • Own and execute on system administration for Learning systems, including configuration, business processes, security & compliance, notifications, auditing, and data quality management.

  • Assist in decomposing epics into effective user stories.

  • Maintain task status in JIRA or similar Agile management tool.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Deep knowledge of Learning & Development business functions and products.

  • 4+ years of HR Systems experience (including learning) preferably in a global environment with multiple integrations. Experience with Cornerstone a plus.

  • Experience implementing learning centric SaaS applications (previous LXP implementation/configuration preferred)

  • Experience operating in an Agile environment and/or strong knowledge and understanding of Agile (Agile certification a plus)

  • Experience leading and facilitating workshops and discussions to meet client objectives and desired outcomes.

  • Experience driving the requirements process with both technical and business partners.

  • Experience interpreting business and technical needs and translating them into user stories.

  • Experience managing complex technology projects and presenting to multiple levels of management.

  • Ability to operate as part of cross functional work streams to execute projects with quality and on-time.

  • Knowledge of HR business processes.

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritization skills

  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.

  • This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship

  • Office locations: Charlotte, NC; Minneapolis, MN

  • Must work on-site at posted locations, in the office at least 3 days/week.
