The pay range is $56,400.00 - $101,500.00

Target (Winter Street) Studio is an integral part of Target’s Marketing Team and is leveraged for photo and video production services. We partner with teams across the company to bring the Target Brand to life.
As Logistics Manager you will be responsible for all Winter Street supply chain management duties, with a focus on photo production needs, including selecting carriers, researching shipping methods, assessing and forecasting budgets, and managing warehouse dock space to accommodate inbound and outbound staging needs.
Act as logistics project manager in the planning and execution of local and national transport needs for samples/props and scenic elements to support photo production teams; assess project volumes and timelines, collaborate with internal and external teams to establish timing and action plans, visit studios and venues to ensure smooth project transitions (load-ins/load-outs), address potential issues and offer solutions.
Act as consultant to, or liaison for Sample and Props team, TPS Product Producer team, Workshop, Strategy & Innovation, Experiential, and other teams enterprise wide on special transport requests.
Select carriers and research shipping methods to optimize budgets.
Provide and use data analytics to inform leadership, develop best practices, troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Use internal tools and tech to organize, prioritize, plan routes, assess volume; request additional trucks and support when necessary.
Plan routes, direct delivery teams and Exela staff, manage movement of shipments within the warehouse, facilitate loads/off loads.
Direct drivers in execution of special projects within warehouse; assign and manage special projects.
Manage supplies budget, order supplies, submit invoices.
Execute annual contracts with logistics vendors or third parties.
Managing creative execution FedEx account; budget forecasting, risk assessment, partnering with internal team to resolve any issues.
Work with Data & Analytics team to track transportation expenses and ensure accurate billing; provide data for budget planning.
Partner w/ Workshop Operations Manager to prioritize broader Workshop Operations execution needs and shift resources where needed to ensure Workshop Operations deliverables goals are met.
This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
