Job Description
Job Description: • Safety is key! Observe all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) rules, including Lock-out/Tag-out, Life-Saving Rules, housekeeping practices, etc. • Proactively communicate and address safety concerns • Participate in EHS meetings, investigations, and audits • Work and cooperate well on a team to ensure team objectives are met • Set-up, operate, and clean production equipment following prescribed manufacturing processes • Move raw materials and finished products to proper locations. Enter production data into database, forms, logs, and SAP accurately, clearly, and completely • When problems arise, perform basic troubleshooting to identify and correct root cause and minimize scrap • Monitor raw material and final product quality, including adjusting process parameters to assure product meets specifications • Frequently lift and bend when manipulating materials to produce product
