Intermediate implementation professional who analyzes customer needs, configures the solution, and installs it at the customer site.
Ensure the solution meets specifications and functions per customer specific operational work flow for multiple concepts, users, and service models. Resolve any gaps in functionality. Train the staff on the use of the new solution, and take the site live on the system after everything has been configured and everyone is trained. Ensure a smooth transition to the new system. Answer operational and application questions and consult the customer in a manner to transfer ownership of the system to the customer. After "go-live", provide technical support to the customer.
2-5 years of overall experience in relevant roles. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
Point of Sale (POS) Implementation Consultant - REMOTE
LOCATION: UNITED STATES
TRAVEL: UP TO 90%
This role requires 2-5 years of overall experience in an applicable role as an IT or POS Deployment Engineer or as an experienced user of the Simphony and/or RES POS or similar products. Candidates must have the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. THIS POSITION REQUIRES UP TO 90% TRAVEL . The ability to travel as needed which can include weekends and holidays is a must. Training in the POS products will be provided in conjunction with shadowing on current installs.
Preference is given to individuals which have the below skills and knowledge:
2 years or more experience working in the Hospitality Industry (Hotels and Restaurants)
Experience as user of POS systems such as but not limited to (Simphony various versions, MICROS 3700/8700/9700/e7, RES)
Technical experience as it relates to installing Hardware and troubleshooting that Hardware
Knowledge of Cloud based software systems
Knowledge of 3rd party interfaces
Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.

California Pay Range: from $22.02 to $42.93 per hour; from $45,800 to $89,300 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Colorado Pay Range: from $20.82 to $38.65 per hour; from $43,300 to $80,400 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
New York City Pay Range: from $20.82 to $40.77 per hour; from $43,300 to $84,800 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Washington Pay Range: from $23.27 to $40.77 per hour; from $48,400 to $84,800 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
