Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Systems Analyst in the healthcare industry, located in Morrisville, Vermont. You will be playing a crucial role in providing system support, maintaining security levels, conducting trainings, and managing special projects. This role is centered around clinical systems such as CPSI/Evident and eClinicalWorks, amongst others.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as a point of contact for clinical systems, including CPSI/Evident and eClinicalWorks.
• Troubleshoot and configure CPSI and eClinicalWorks systems as required.
• Act as a liaison with technical support from CPSI and EHR vendors.
• Take on special projects as directed and document them appropriately.
• Assist in maintaining employee and departmental security levels for CPSI and eClinicalWorks.
• Conduct CPSI or eClinicalWorks training and education for individuals and/or groups.
• Manipulate data to generate reports and analysis for various levels of staff.
• Maintain configurations and tables for CPSI, eClinicalWorks, and other systems.
• Perform routine system maintenance and provide coverage for helpdesk functions.
• Participate in on-call coverage and perform other related duties as required. Requirements • Demonstrated expertise in eClinicalWorks, a common healthcare software platform.
• Proficiency in providing desktop support to end users.
• Ability to perform basic troubleshooting on various technologies and software.
• Extensive knowledge of EHR (Electronic Health Record) systems.
• Familiarity with EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems.
• Experience in working with various healthcare systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
