SUMMARY The asphalt plant operator will repair and maintain the
electrical and mechanical components of a hot mix asphalt plant as well
as operate the plant to produce hot mix asphalt. This position reports
to the asphalt plant foreperson and is an essential part of the asphalt
plant team to ensure providing the highest quality hot mix asphalt to
our customers. On the job training will provide opportunities to
increase knowledge and skills to grow professionally and be valued team
member. This position is a full-time seasonal, working April through
November (weather permitting). This position requires working overtime
and some Saturdays. Local and regional travel opportunities are
available. SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE We prioritize the safety and wellness

electrical experience preferred Great candidates include: Heavy Duty
Mechanic/Fabricator Welding experience Electricians with control
experience Must be at least 18 years old Valid driver\'s license and
reliable transportation Physical ability to work in all seasonal weather
and environmental conditions Ability to listen and take direction from
others while being a team player and helping to train less experienced
