Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Sales Assistant in MOUNT VERNON, New York. The role will involve handling customer inquiries and processing orders in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Managing customer calls and emails in an efficient and detail oriented manner
• Accurately processing and overseeing orders from initiation to completion
• Troubleshooting and resolving product-related issues
• Maintaining detailed knowledge of our product range to provide optimal customer service (training provided)
• Upholding ownership and responsibility for the entire order process
• Utilizing various software including CRM, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, About Time, and Cash Activity to manage customer records and transactions
• Handling customer complaints in a calm and detail oriented manner
• Assisting in closing processes and interacting with the C-Suite when necessary. Requirements • Proficiency in using CRM software for managing customer relationships • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suites including Excel, Word, and Outlook • Ability to handle customer complaints effectively and professionally • Experience in liaising with C-Suite level executives and stakeholders.
