Secco Squared Data Scientist in New York City, New York

Under close supervision of the project manager, the Data Scientist will design and maintain data infrastructures that enable efficient data processing. Additionally, this position requires experience in crafting and executing SEO strategies that drive exponential growth for company-built websites, ensuring they dominate search rankings and outpace the competition. Requirements:1. Apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze data, uncover trends, and predict future outcomes to support strategic decision-making.2. Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable data pipelines and architectures, ensuring high-quality data availability for analysis.3. Conduct detailed data analyses to extract actionable insights that guide business strategies and operational improvements.4. Drive the organization towards data-informed strategies.5. Collaborate with internal teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to ensure data insights are effectively integrated into the decision-making process.Location: Remote work anywhere in the U.S. with manager's approvalEducation requirements: Bachelor degree in data science, computer science or closely related degreeExperience Requirements: 2 years experience in data science, data engineering, data analysis, software developer or a closely related occupationSpecial Requirements: 2 years’ of experience must include some experience with: Full stack web development skills including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, NodeJS, ExpressJS, Django, and ReactJS. Programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL. Strong understanding of data infrastructure, including ETL processes, cloud platforms, and database management.
