Description We currently have a long-term contract / temporary opening for an intelligent, highly-skilled Receptionist in a growing company. This established and recognized company offers a hands-on work environment with fulfilling challenges and is based in the Newport Beach, California region. What you get to do every day

  • Manage various office files and provide general office filing support

  • Have strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency

  • Put in orders for office and kitchen supplies

  • Managing all incoming phone calls

  • Perpetuate a number of different office filing processes and offer general office filing support

  • Catalog, review, and dole out incoming mail according to specified procedures

  • Support other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks

  • Create a welcoming environment for visitors Requirements - Energetic, intelligent, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy

  • Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

  • Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well

  • Excellent telephone etiquette and keyboard skills

  • Previous experience working with Clerical Duties

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Phone Presenc

  • Solid understanding of customer service

  • Company Policy experience highly desired

  • Proficiency in Paper

  • Receptionist Duties experience highly preferred

  • Good understanding of correspondence

  • Office Functions experience preferred

  • Earlier work involving Paperwork

  • Comprehension of Selling

  • Scheduling experience

  • Microsoft Office Suites experience desired

  • Expense Reporting experience highly valued

  • Practical knowledge of Shipping Functions

  • Experience with deliveries

  • Prior experience with Maintain Logs

  • Hands-on experience with suppliers

  • Knowledge of Printing

  • Invoice experience preferred

  • General familiarity with billing

  • Adeptness in Workstation Support

  • Proficiency in procedures

  • Foundational knowledge in complaints

  • Video experience preferred

  • Background working with security

  • Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement

  • Strong time management and organizational skills
