What You Will Do

  • JOB SUMMARY

Gather and analyze data for ASC Leaf Operations, ensure timely distribution to required internal and external stakeholders. Validate information for compliance to specifications related to use and payment. Responsible for collection and distribution of Leaf Operations data, develop and manage reports to meet KPI targets across key stakeholder groups. Collaborate on and monitor optimization initiatives and projects, assessing the total impact on the department.

  • WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Manage and analyze internal and 3rd party Leaf material processing performance data to ensure compliance with contractual terms related to cost and yield. Validate and approve specifications for payment and material use.

  • Responsible for the organization of departmental information and serve as central contact for creating and harmonizing performance reports based on KPIs.

  • Monitor and partner on individual optimization initiatives and projects assessing and reporting the collective impact on the department.

  • Collaborate on the development of process information, and corporate standard operating procedure (SOP) documents, and maintain process and information documents to adhere to audit inquiries.

  • Develop the schedule of required reporting of various submissions to Internal, Corporate and External stakeholders, and monitor progress / adherence to deadlines. Partner to create, modify and as needed to present required information.

  • Collaborate internally with professional staff in Leaf Quality, Leaf Warehouse Operations, Leaf Procurement and Leaf Blending to obtain relevant information to maintain routine reporting for Internal, Corporate and External stakeholders.

  • Partner in the development and maintenance of Leaf Operation’s information databases to allow for timely and efficient reporting and required information exchange.

  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience:

  • Associate degree in Information, Data Analysis, Business Administration, Financial Reporting, or related field of study and 3+ years related work experience OR High School Diploma / GED, and 5+ years related work experience in a production environment

  • Must be 21 years of age or older

Knowledge of:

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams, with an emphasis on Excel

  • Intermediate proficiency with database reporting software and/or enterprise resource planning software (ERP)

  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information, Data Analysis, Business Administration, Financial Reporting, or related field of study and 10+ years related work experience

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Proficiency in ERP/Inventory planning software, e.g., SAP

  • Bilingual English/Spanish

Work Environment and Physical Demand

  • Requires light physical effort. Occasionally lifts or moves moderate to heavy weight objects (10-50 lbs.).

  • Walks, sits, or stands for prolonged periods.

  • Use of manual dexterity and fine motor skills.

  • Requires prolonged machine operation including computer and keyboard equipment.

  • Works with equipment or performs procedures where carelessness may result in injury.

  • Experience exposure to uncomfortable work environment due to extreme temperature, noise level, and other conditions including second-hand smoke and/or vape.
