We are seeking 5 candidate with the skills required for the position of Maintenance and Repair Workers, General to join our team.The ideal candidate should meet the following qualifications:
Candidates will have
proven experience in maintenance, repair, or general construction, with strong knowledge of
various all overusing techniques, including HVAC, knowledge of steam operations, insulating,
basic rigging, welding, process pipe welding, plumbing, and electrical work. Key responsibilities
include overseeing the performance of maintenance and repairs on machinery and building structures,
troubleshooting issues, and ensuring safety compliance in the work area. Candidates should
demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work

Key Responsibilities (Skills):
Perform Maintenance and Repair: Utilize skills from two or more maintenance or craft occupations, such as pipe fitting, HVAC maintenance, steam operations, insulating, basic rigging, welding, process pipe welding, machining, and carpentry, to keep machines, mechanical equipment, and
building structures in repair.
Duties: Engage in tasks such as pipe fitting, HVAC maintenance, knowledge of steam operations insulating, basic rigging, welding, process pipe welding, machining, carpentry, and repairing electrical or mechanical equipment, as well as installing, aligning, and balancing new equipment.
Building Repairs: Repair buildings, floors, or stairs as needed.
Troubleshooting: Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues.
Safety Compliance: Ensure work areas are clean and safe, adhering to all safety regulations.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members on various projects and communicate effectively.
Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance tasks, including inspecting drives, motors, and belts; checking fluid levels; replacing filters; and performing other preventive maintenance actions.
Machinery Diagnostics: Inspect, operate, or test machinery and equipment to identify and diagnose malfunctions.
Adjustments: Adjust functional parts of devices or control instruments using hand tools, levels, plumb bobs, or straightedges.
Repairs: Repair machines, equipment, or structures using tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, wrenches, and precision measuring instruments, as well as electrical or electronic testing devices.
Parts Ordering: Order parts, supplies, or equipment from catalogs or suppliers as needed.
Qualifications
:
Proven experience in maintenance, repair, and general construction with at least 3 years of hands-on work. Candidates should have completed at least two prior projects and jobs in multiple areas.
