Rate of Pay: $19.59 hourly.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This position will assist the uniform warehouse manager as needed, to include but not limited to, uniform requests and inventory monitoring.

This position will assist the statewide child nutrition manager as needed with duties, to include but not limited to, statewide food service reports, inventory tracking logs / spreadsheets, and NSLP audits.

Monitors information presented through Tableau and SharePoint to ensure all aspects of uniform warehouse and the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) are completed as required. Provide monthly compliance reports to the Assistant Secretary.

Assists with annual review and updates of operational procedures relating to uniforms and the National School Lunch Program.

Provides technical assistance to staff at detention center in compliance with uniforms and the National School Lunch Program.

This position, requires lifting

This position will perform other related duties as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS POSITION INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING REQUIRED ENTRY LEVEL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Knowledge of the principles and practices of data collection and analysis.

Knowledge of office procedures and practices.

Ability to navigate through office computer systems. Ability to maintain records.

Ability to communicate effectively.

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.

Ability to understand and apply rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.

This position may require occasional travel to other parts of the state.

This position may require manual lifting of up to 40 lbs.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

One (1) year working experience analyzing data, research, creating reports and/or creating and editing training videos / materials.

Preference will be given to candidates with:

Experience working People First reports, SharePoint and / or Tableau.
